ADM positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. Function includes supervision of other clerical/administrative staff. This position supports the Chief of GI and all Providers.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative/clerical support role
- Experience scheduling patients
- Leadership skills or supervisory experience
- Solid ability multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to manage incoming calls through the phone queue
- Solid customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Administrative supervisory experience
- GI experience
- Epic experience
