As a part of Optum, Reliant Medical Group is seeking a full-time APC (FNP or PA) to join its ReadyMED Acute/Urgent Care Department to specifically work in our Hudson and Milford locations.

ReadyMED has 6 acute care locations in Central and Metrowest Massacusetts: Auburn, Hudson, Leominster, Milford Southborough and Worcester. We will be opening a new location in Natick in July 2024.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience practicing urgent care, acute care or emergency medicine. Candidates must have experience caring for patients of all ages, and be comfortable practicing autonomously in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and support staff work collaboratively across the continuum so that every provider is supported in practicing at the peak of their license.

Required Qualifications:

      • Able to obtain Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
      • Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
      • Able to obtain active an active DEA License
