The Data Analyst role is part of the Master Data team reporting to the Manager and is responsible for key data quality initiatives and maintenance activities focused on certain vital data points including Product and Customer Data maintenance. We are looking for a talented individual with experience in Microsoft Power Automate to automate business processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process automation and a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions using Power Automate.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 4+ years of Data analysis/customer/product master maintenance experience in Salesforce (Mandatory), Data Loader (Mandatory), and ETL Tools.
• Advanced Excel skills- VBA/Macro writing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, including creating flows, using connectors, and managing environments.
• Experience with data validation

What will you be doing in this role?

• Performs work across Clarivate business units and functions to gather and specify business requirements and/or to work on the next stage of the requirements process to conduct systems analysis.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Responsible for managing projects through the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, implementation, training, change management, and maintenance.
• Works with project team members for projects of small to medium scope and simple to moderate complexity, or sub-projects within a large or highly complex project.
• Makes recommendations for process improvements to the immediate manager. Provides business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications, and consultation on development and testing management for implementing data governance systems focusing on increasing productivity, data accuracy, automation and efficiency
• Maintain focus on a minimum set of data points that are highly used and vital to billing, marketing, sales, & financial reporting activities
• Work with the business to define standards and rules to ensure customer master data is compliant with defined information, policies and quality requirements.

About the Team

This team is currently responsible for customer and product data and is expanding its knowledge and purview to tackle other domains as skills and tooling permit

Hours of Work

• Full time
• 45hrs/work (2pm to 11 pm IST, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed)
• Hybrid mode
