Job Summary

Responsible for entering service contracts and software solution subscriptions. Provide administrative support to the Preventive Maintenance team.

Essential Functions

  • Enter service contracts and software subscription into ERP system
  • Track and process to completion cases for “Closed Won” Opportunities within CRM
  • Review service contracts and software solutions order packet for accuracy and completion
  • Enter, update and close preventive maintenance service requests
  • Update tracking information in Sales Force for preventive maintenance kit shipments
  • Enter preventive maintenance schedule dates into service contracts as needed
  • Close preventive maintenance service requests to recognize revenue on a monthly basis
  • Submit device transfer requests to change ownership
  • Run serial inventory report for customers
  • Assist manager with any special projects as assigned


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgment
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
  • Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks
  • Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player
  • Heightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organizational and internal customer interface skills
  • ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
