Job Summary

Responsible for processing service contracts and software solution subscriptions and credits. Responsible for accurately processing invoices for deferred revenue recognition.

Essential Functions
  • Enter service contracts and software subscription into ERP system
  • Review contracts and subscriptions to assure that revenue recognition is accurate
  • Approve and process service contracts and software solution subscriptions through to invoicing
  • Review service contracts and software solutions order packet for accuracy and completion
  • Manage orders and software solutions cases within the CRM system
  • Once deployment is complete, update the subscription with new dates, invoice subscription, and close the case in CRM system
  • Work with sales to ensure documentation is complete prior to invoicing software solution subscriptions
  • Load preventive maintenance schedule dates into service contracts as needed
  • Assist with the closure of preventive maintenance service requests to recognize revenue on a monthly basis
  • Track customers and assist training department with coordination of technical training classes
  • Assure customer training agreements are signed prior to training
  • Invoice training when complete
  • Provide management with monthly activity and revenue reports for Service Contracts, Software Solutions and Training

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgment
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
  • Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks
  • Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player
  • Heightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organizational and internal customer interface skills
  • ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
