Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Sales Operation Support Associate. As a Global Sales Operations Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our global sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of our business. Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the global sales team to provide administrative and operational support in all aspects of the sales process.

  • Work closely with legal and contract teams to review complex sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Liaise with various internal departments, such as regulatory affairs, marketing, and customer services, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess deal profitability, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition implications.

  • Create and maintain sales enablement content and resources, including sales playbooks for global sales strategy.

  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract terms to maximize sales effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree In business administration or a related field required

  • 2+ years of experience in deal management, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the medical device industry


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the programs and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders

  • Process-oriented and knowledgeable of internal process control


Travel Requirements

  • 20% Occasional travel required
