We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Sales Operation Support Associate. As a Global Sales Operations Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our global sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of our business. Collaborate with the global sales team to provide administrative and operational support in all aspects of the sales process.
Work closely with legal and contract teams to review complex sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Liaise with various internal departments, such as regulatory affairs, marketing, and customer services, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess deal profitability, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition implications.
Create and maintain sales enablement content and resources, including sales playbooks for global sales strategy.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract terms to maximize sales effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree In business administration or a related field required
2+ years of experience in deal management, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the medical device industry
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the programs and make data-driven decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
Process-oriented and knowledgeable of internal process control
20% Occasional travel required
