NOTE: This is a contract position with the potential to go direct.
Responsible for managing the full recruiting life cycle, at all levels for our sales teams. You will identify qualified active and passive candidates for various sales roles, schedule, and conduct candidate interviews, and proactively develop sourcing strategies.
Work closely with sales leadership and management to determine hiring needs and understand territory/regional requirements.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to connect with sales driven talent through numerous channels including job boards, cold calling, social media, employee referrals, and other sources to maintain an uninterrupted flow of candidates.
Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes.
Collaborate with sales leaders and human resources partners to proactively anticipate open headcount.
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure sales recruiting vendors properly follow all process and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting system.
Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of the recruiting process.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create recruiting partnerships that yield success, predictable results, and credibility.
Keep current with recruitment resources and the competition's tactics for those in the medical device space.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 8 years’ experience in either a corporate or agency recruiting role required.
Product sales recruiting experience strongly desired
Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies.
Experienced in internet recruiting techniques and working with resume management/applicant tracking database systems (Workday preferred).
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required.
The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the sales team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
