RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the end-to-end brand measurement strategy across awareness, consideration, perception, and upper-funnel impact, ensuring alignment with WHOOP’s broader growth objectives.

  • Build and execute a “test and learn” measurement roadmap aligned to Brand Media goals, driving continuous optimization and learning.

  • Lead measurement efforts across media effectiveness, brand health, and consumer behavior to inform investment decisions and future planning.

  • Oversee integrated campaign performance analysis across media channels, creative assets, and downstream business metrics, connecting brand spend to member growth and long-term value.

  • Demonstrate strong command of media concepts, metrics, and media plan execution, serving as a thought partner to the Brand and Media teams.

  • Evaluate and manage external brand media data partners, identifying innovative approaches to strengthen WHOOP’s measurement capabilities.

  • Translate survey data, media performance, web behavior, and conversion trends into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, strong storytelling, and high performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in Analytics, with direct experience in a consumer business preferred.

  • A self-serve player-coach; able to take broad business questions, wrangle appropriate data, quickly isolate and model key insights, visualize results and communicate actionable recommendations.

  • Clear, concise communicator with a bias for action.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders on strategic direction based on data-driven insights.

  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt, Snowflake and/or similar platforms.

  • Highly adept at leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and quality of work.

  • Experience leading and developing a team, including driving large projects and mentoring junior analysts.
