RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction, prioritization, and ongoing mentorship.
Act as technical lead across one or more hardware programs, balancing hands-on execution with strategic guidance.
Architect, design, and validate low-power, low-noise, mixed-signal electronics in highly integrated and miniaturized form factors.
Drive electrical initiatives including product performance optimization, design for manufacturing, reliability enhancements, cost reduction, and second-sourcing.
Partner cross-functionally with Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust system integration and scalable production.
Own electrical development across the product lifecycle.
Lead root cause investigations for field and production issues and implement validated electrical solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to support builds, define test strategies, and improve yield across global production lines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering across product development and/or high-volume manufacturing.
Strong foundation in analog, digital, power systems, and mixed-signal design.
Proven ability to deliver hardware at scale.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineers and driving technical execution through others.
Experience with ECAD tools (Altium preferred) and strong lab/debug skills.
Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
