Join Wellist: Make a Tangible Difference in People’s Lives

At Wellist, we believe that everyone deserves personalized, compassionate support during life's most challenging moments. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our mission in making life easier for patients, employees, and their families. As part of our team, you’ll be a key lifeline for users, offering them essential non-medical resources like a dog walker for someone recovering from surgery, financial aid for medical bills, or access to caregiver support groups. Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on their lives, providing relief when they need it most.

Why This Role Matters

In this role, you will be the voice and heart of Wellist—directly connecting with users via phone and email to ensure they have access to critical support. Whether it's helping a family navigate post-surgery care or finding financial grants for cancer treatments, you will empower users to focus on their recovery and well-being by reducing the burden of life’s logistical challenges.

What You Will Do

  • Engage in daily outreach with patients, employees, and families to understand their needs and provide timely, personalized assistance.
  • Utilize Wellist’s comprehensive directory to create and share tailored support lists that address each user's specific situation.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, HR managers, and resource providers to ensure that all non-medical needs are met seamlessly.
  • Be a problem-solver, completing custom searches to find unique resources that improve the well-being of users in challenging circumstances.

What We’re Looking For

  • A compassionate communicator with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple users’ needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing sensitive information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • At least three years of experience in a call center environment (inbound and outbound), with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.

Location: Full-time, on-site in Boston, MA

If you are energized by meaningful work and driven to provide exceptional support to individuals in need, we invite you to apply and join Wellist in our mission to make life easier for those we serve.
