Wellist is seeking a detail-oriented individual that will be a driving force in our sales outreach process. This role will create sales leads by finding potential clients, identifying the best call points, and creating engaging email content.

We are looking for passionate candidates with excellent research, writing, and organization skills. The ideal candidate will be energized by finding “the best hook” for an email through thorough online research.

What You Will Do

• Assist in identifying and researching potential companies and buyers
• Secure contact information for appropriate HR buyer at targeted companies
• Draft compelling email copy for outreach to target companies and contacts
• Assist with outbound email campaigns
• Help organize and maintain a CRM database
• Support tracking and analyzing the results of business development activities

What You’ll Need:

• Strong writing and verbal communication; a fluency in English is required
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Technical competencies including computer skills and adherence to processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A creative and positive attitude
