Less complexity. More dentistry. More impact.

At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI.

Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm.

Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

The Role:

We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the clinical expert for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and real-world effectiveness of our AI-powered products. You will lead internal QA/QI efforts to validate product updates, AI model changes, and new customer onboarding, while directly evaluating model performance through case review and diagnostic accuracy assessment. Acting as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams, you’ll help translate clinical workflows into actionable product insights, inform go-to-market strategies for new features, and provide expert clinical guidance across the organization. In close partnership with data science, engineering, and product teams, you’ll turn clinical feedback into meaningful model improvements, education, and documentation that support scalable, high-quality adoption.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role. You will work alongside engineers, clinicians, operators, and AI scientists to solve practical problems for dental teams on the ground. You will help create the platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal QA/QI process for validating product updates, AI system changes, and onboarding of new customer groups.

  • Validate AI model performance by reviewing cases, assessing diagnostic accuracy, and providing clinical feedback to the data science and engineering teams.

  • Serve as a clinical liaison to customers, helping them understand and optimize use of AI tools in real-world clinical workflows.

  • Collaborate with the product team to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new AI features and enhancements, ensuring clinical accuracy and user alignment.

  • Partner with technical teams to translate clinical insights into model improvements and usability enhancements.

  • Provide clinical education and guidance across internal teams to improve understanding of diagnostic standards and radiographic interpretation.

  • Support internal and external clinical documentation, training, and validation reports.

What You Bring:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.

  • Active dental license (U.S.) in good standing.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical practice experience with strong diagnostic and radiographic interpretation skills.

  • Experience with dental imaging systems (2D, 3D, intraoral scanners) and familiarity with dental technology workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality and integrity.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a product-driven organization is a plus.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage

  • Generous medical contributions

  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day

  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care
