Job Summary
As a Technology Implementation Manager in our Enablon Consulting/Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing client projects. You’ll bring your growing expertise to the table, tackling more complex tasks and contributing significantly to team goals. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your consulting practice, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible outcomes that drive client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects with a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions. Advise client on best practices and solutions capabilities.
- Write and validate detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee and organize the configuration phase, assigning and guiding tasks for implementation consultants.
- Configure the software to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
- Supervise and provide quality oversight of partner work to ensure best practices are followed
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project deadlines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
- Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
- Support product and solution testing phases.
About You:
- Software Implementation: Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations for large organizations, including integration, mobility and cloud deployment
- Workshop Facilitation: Strong ability to conduct and lead client workshops
- Client Presentation: Ability to create and deliver presentations in front of a client audience.
- Specification Writing: Expertise in producing clear and comprehensive specifications.
- Project Management: Project coordination and management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet requirements and maintain high quality standards.
- Partner Advisory: Ability to supervise, guide, and validate partner deliverables.
- Software Proficiency: Increased proficiency in software tools.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities and autonomy in work organization.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a software company or consulting organization
- Master at least one programming language
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading customer workshops and fostering client relations
- Experience working with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
