Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of the segment strategy and plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, account-based strategies, and product launch support to drive demand, improve brand awareness, and build funnel to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and assets for use across multiple marketing channels and audience targets. Assets may include blog posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, and infographics.
- Track, report, and manage analyses for all executed programs and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness of efforts and budget.
- Manage event marketing/tradeshows in collaboration with the global events team including booth presence, sponsorships, and pre/post show engagement.
- Understand key sales success factors, buyer needs, buyer personas and barriers while developing programs and tactics to address them.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Segment Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Content and Digital Experience teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and internal teams in program execution.
- Stay current with marketing trends and best practices. Consistently seek new ways to test and improve programs.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Qualifications:
- At least eight (8) years related marketing experience
- Previous healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Marketo, DemandBase and Salesforce.com a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple-time sensitive requests, troubleshoot, and prioritize appropriately in a deadline-oriented marketing department
- Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail
- A high degree of personal initiative, accountability, and integrity
- Ability to build effective relationships and work on teams with a wide range of people
- Flexible to changing priorities
