Position Description/Mission
The core mission of the Chief Health Officer(CHO) of Senscio Systems is to further design and execute a digitally integrated system of care for the co-morbid population.
As the recognized senior clinical leader, the CHO is responsible for leveraging data and AI and for the execution/delivery of the Ibis Health program using Senscio’s patented/proprietary technology to drive the quality and effectiveness of care.
He/she will be a fully integrated member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will lead continuing efforts to refine clinical goals and metrics. The CHO will work collaboratively with our talented team of APRNs to ensure successful execution goal attainment and overall quality of the program.
Additionally, the incumbent will ensure Senscio’s position as a nationally recognized leader in the reshaping and optimization of healthcare from an episodic, clinic-based care model to a truly patient-focused, digitally integrated system of care. Foundational to the effort will be leveraging the continuous, real-time data provided through an AI-augmented virtual care platform to optimize member and clinician experience, program quality, clinical outcomes and cost.

Required Experience/Certification
- MD/DO with demonstrated experience in Primary Care: Family Practice, IM and/or Geriatrics.
- At least ten years of experience in healthcare leadership roles, specifically in the digital health environment.
- Broad experience in data driven practices and program quality oversight and responsibility.
- Current active license in Pennsylvania and willing to get licensure across all states where Senscio Systems provides services. (In addition to PA, this currently includes MA, NH, ME, CT, RI, NC and FL).
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and willing to share a vision for transforming how to address chronic disease management and care.
