As we scale our B2B business, we're seeking an exceptional marketing leader to sustain and extend our programs across the wellness marketplace.

Position Summary
We're seeking a strategic B2B Growth Marketer to accelerate our expansion within the payer and digital health verticals. This role requires a data-driven professional with proven experience scaling subscription-based and/or API service businesses. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across our target market segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B growth strategies targeting payer/insurance and digital health verticals
- Design and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels for bulk sales of InsideTracker memberships and integration via API service offerings
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, leveraging trials and service-based onboarding
- Create and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise prospects
- Establish and optimize conversion paths from awareness through onboarding and activation
- Own the annual event calendar and coordinate participation with the product and sales organizations
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, industry publications, and other targeted channels
- Build attribution models to track customer acquisition and the downstream journey through the B2B sales cycle
- Optimize API adoption funnels and work with the product team to create tactics to support developer engagement
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for growth initiatives with clear ROI measurement
- Help develop thought leadership content strategy targeting C-suite executives, product leaders, technical decision-makers, and developers
- Create compelling case studies, whitepaper abstracts, ROI calculators demonstrating business value, and related collateral to support efficient partner acquisition
- Partner with product teams to create content and collateral
- Design webinar series, virtual events, and conference strategies for industry engagement
- Build email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, with at least 3 years in subscription-based or API service companies
- Proven track record growing ARR businesses in the $10M-$100M range
- Direct experience marketing to insurtech, digital health, or healthcare technology buyers
- Demonstrable success with complex B2B sales cycles (6-18 months) and enterprise deals
- Experience with developer marketing and technical product positioning
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Expert-level Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR)
- Knowledge of insurance industry dynamics and digital transformation trends
- Familiarity with API and SaaS monetization models and developer ecosystem best practices
- MBA or equivalent degree
- Previous role at a healthtech unicorn or successful healthcare technology exit
- Achieve substantial increase in qualified inbound pipeline generation
- Build scalable content engine generating inbound leads monthly
- Implement attribution model providing clear ROI visibility across all channels

Additional Details:
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Location: Cambridge, MA – hybrid (candidate must be in the Boston area)
Hours: Full time, exempt (salaried)
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Salary Range: $85k-$100k, salary commensurate with experience
