Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention marketing strategies across various channels, including email, SMS, and in-app communications.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and copywriting to A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize marketing efforts, personalize customer experiences, and drive efficiency.
  • Analyze channel performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems related to customer engagement and retention, implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in retention marketing and customer lifecycle management.
  • Maintain high organizational standards and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, balancing customer needs with broader business goals.
  • Embrace experimentation and a "give-it-a-shot" mentality to continuously learn and iterate on marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage Hubspot knowledge to manage and optimize marketing automation workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Retention & Subscription expertise
  • You possess the fundamental ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling written content. You are also comfortable leveraging AI and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and support marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Platform Experience: You have prior experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app platforms. A background in retention marketing or experience with subscription-based products is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Tech Stack Knowledge: Experience with the following platforms is strongly preferred: HubSpot, Recharge, Postscript, and Apple & Google Play subscription portals.

Location: Cambridge, MA – hybrid

Hours: Full time, exempt

Salary Range: 55k-65K
