Job Description Summary
This key position in Sanofi's Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) group is responsible for the successful management of Sanofi's E&BI North America (NA) and Global Specialty Care (SPC) Strategic Business Partner team. This leadership position manages a team of Strategic Business Partners who work closely with Commercial, Medical and enabling functions on various initiatives and projects, provide E&BI advice and support on local and global business matters, serve as colleagues' point of contact on compliance-related issues and concerns, and routinely lead reporting to senior management at both business and E&BI-led meetings. The SPC Strategic Business Partner team works collaboratively with global and North America E&BI colleagues, Legal, People and Culture, Field Operations, Transparency, Finance and other functional and business areas and outside resources to support appropriate controls and risk mitigation, assess compliance-related matters, and develop compliance remediation strategies. This position provides strategic oversight of all elements of the Company's compliance program. This role is also tasked with shaping how the SPC Strategic Business Partner team will support and advise SPC Global TA heads and provide information to global E&BI regarding SPC.
In addition to the supervisory responsibilities over this team, this role is also the business partner for certain key Specialty Care areas and senior executives, such as the Global and North America Heads of Medical Affairs for Specialty Care. This role reports to the Head of E&BI Specialty Care and North America

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day oversight of all elements of the NA and Global SPC strategic business partnership program
Manage the NA and Global SPC Strategic Business Partner team
Play a key role in strategic governance for compliance executive committees such as the U.S. Compliance Committee, Quarterly Assurance Meeting, Specialty Care GBU Days and Global and North America E&BI Town Halls as well as regularly presenting to these committees
Effectively communicates with executive management on key risks and topics identified by Speak Up inquiries, assurance program results and daily oversight of the compliance program
Supervises the development and delivery of training on global and local healthcare requirements, guidance and updates from relevant government regulators and pertinent industry and internal standards
Provides strategic, timely, and practical compliance advice and risk assessment on initiatives, projects and field and home office activities to Sanofi management
Partners with colleagues in North America and Global E&BI as well as other functional and business areas to implement local and global requirements, internal standards such as Sanofi's Code of Conduct, Global Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Aids and industry standards
Maintains trusted relationships with executive leadership in Commercial, Medical and enabling functions to integrate compliance into strategic decisions
Leads the integration of AI innovation into compliance programs and business initiatives by partnering with Digital, Data & AI, and business teams to ensure effective and responsible AI adoption
Supervises special projects, acting as a catalyst for corporate initiatives in the NA/Global E&BI Organization, such as business process improvement efforts
Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion
About You
Required Educational Background and Job-Related Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, JD or other advanced degree highly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of life sciences/pharmaceutical/healthcare experience
Proven experience leading and managing teams
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a large, matrixed organization
Excellent written, oral, and executive presentation skills

The salary range for this position is:
$247,500.00 - $357,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
