Job Title: Director, Operations and Change Management, Enterprise Delivery Office, Patient Support Services

Location: Morristown, NJ, or Cambridge, MA

About the Job

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

At Sanofi, we are committed to transforming patient health through the power of science. As a leading global biopharmaceutical company, we go beyond drug development to ensure our therapies are accessible and affordable for patients in need. Our Patient Support Services (PSS) team plays a key role in this mission, providing comprehensive support through reimbursement assistance, financial aid, patient education, and field-based services that help healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers navigate their treatment journeys.

We are seeking a strategic operator and communicator who sits at the center of the team's efforts, ensuring that priorities are resourced appropriately, timelines are managed effectively, and our work is communicated with clarity and impact. This role seamlessly moves between managing the financial and operational details of our work and translating that work into clear, compelling communication for leadership and stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), Patient Support Services (PSS), the Director will serve as the operational backbone of the PSS EDO, enabling the team to execute with excellence while ensuring leadership has the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions. The Director will manage a small team of individuals responsible for change management and communication across PSS.

The ideal candidate will understand how organizations run and can communicate about that work effectively, but also genuinely enjoys doing the work and being involved in the day-to-day operations. This person is equally comfortable building a budget model and building a presentation. They see the connection between operational rigor and strategic communication, and they know that good storytelling requires understanding the numbers and the strategy behind it. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to shift between detailed analytical work and high-level messaging without losing momentum. Additionally, this person must thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly, and enjoy diving deep into the details while maintaining sight of the bigger picture.

We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. From R&D to sales, our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, understanding unmet needs, and connecting communities. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.
