The Real-Time Series Product Owner is accountable for the vision, roadmap, and value delivery of real-time data acquisition and time‑series platforms in Sanofi R&D labs (Lucullus, MFCS, SynTQ…). The role sits within the Digital R&D organization, in the Lab Integration & Operations team, where you'll drive the development of innovative real supporting our CMC. This key role sits at the intersection of pharmaceutical manufacturing and digital innovation, leading the vision for real-time that transform how we leverage manufacturing data across Sanofi's global network.

Main Responsibilities
Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for real-time time series data platforms supporting our CMC teams.
Drive product development through all stages from conception to launch, ensuring with Digital strategy
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and CMC/M&S strategic priorities
Enable predictive analytics and advanced process control through time series data integration
Ensure solutions support GMP-compliant digital infrastructure requirements
Partner with M&S teams to enable data-driven process understanding
Stakeholder engagement
Act as primary point of contact between R&D labs (process development, analytical development, MSAT, QC where relevant) and technical teams for the covered products.
Facilitate requirement workshops with scientists, engineers, and lab operations to capture needs around experiment orchestration, PAT integration, method execution, and data visualization.
Communicate roadmap, release plans, and change impacts to stakeholders and governance forums in a clear and concise way
Lab and system integration
Drive integration of Real Time Series platform and related systems with lab instruments, data historians, LES/ELN, LIMS, MES, and enterprise data platforms.
Ensure data models, contextualization (batch, run, recipe, parameter metadata), and event/alert structures support downstream analytics, modeling, and reporting.
Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams on connectivity, performance, security, and scalability of time‑series data solutions (on‑prem and/or cloud).
Compliance, quality, and operations
Ensure solutions and changes comply with GxP where applicable, data integrity expectations and cybersecurity standards.
Partner with QA, CSV, and validation teams to define validation strategies, risk assessments, and documentation for system and integration changes.
Define and track operational KPIs (system availability, data completeness, latency, incident volume), and support incident and problem management for the product family.
Continuous improvement and value realization
Collect and analyze user feedback and usage data to refine backlog and maximize adoption and value of Real Time Series platform, Unicorn and associated services.
Champion best practices for digital lab workflows, real‑time monitoring, and data-driven decision making in partnership with scientific and operational stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and digital twins on top of the time‑series data foundation.
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management with data-intensive products
Experience working with time series data, IoT platforms, or real-time analytics
Understanding of pharmaceutical CMC processes and GMP environments
Experience with agile product development methodologies
Ability to build business relationships and understand end-to-end digital product use and needs
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and process
Familiarity with PI System/OSIsoft or similar industrial historians
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex manufacturing data
Demonstrated ability to listen to stakeholders and end users, ensuring products are built to address their specific needs and use cases
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Experience developing products with Agile methodologies a must
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The salary range for this position is:
$113,250.00 - $188,750.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
