Global Market Access & Pricing Specialist - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Global Market Access & Pricing Specialist VIE within our Immunology Global Market Access and Pricing team, you’ll champion the one-voice market access perspective for Lunsekimig throughout the clinical development plan (at all stages). These workstreams include the coordination of key internal and external market access projects in collaboration with market access business partners (HEOR and pricing) and cross-functional brand and product team, as needed.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with an interest in developing market access foundational knowledge, access strategy development, tactical implementation, and launch excellence preparation by working with a team of market access experts on one of the most exciting product launches at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, including market access affiliate training/workshops events, etc.
  • Coordinate market access launch excellence work streams including project planning, dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Support Global Market Access & Pricing Director as needed in the development of global market access strategy/plan and deliverables for Asthma, AD and CRSwNP & other indications based on business needs.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1 year full time experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or connected field.
  • Market access/health economics experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry would be a plus.
  • Health technology assessment (HTA) experience or payer experience in a public or private agencies would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach to collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, driven, “leadership without authority”.
  • Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Easily adaptable to a multicultural environment and willing to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Public Health, Policy/Government Affairs, Marketing, or similar field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
