This role is responsible for setting up the GBT, the pre-launch development and execution of global marketing strategies and initiatives to support the global launch of Rilzabrutnib in IgG4 Related Diseases (RD). The position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset. The role’s primary responsibility will be to lead the development and execution of an innovative, global commercial strategy, including HCP launch strategy, competitive positioning, market development and go to market planning in collaboration with local teams. The role reports to the Global TA Head for Rheumatology, Immunology Franchise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead the commercial strategy for Rilzabrutnib in IgG4-RD, including HCP market development, KOL engagement and competitive differentiation.

  • Develop key insights on IgG4-RD treatment pathways, care gaps, and ensure the pre-launch strategies are optimized.

  • Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional partners, including the Global Project Team (GPT), Global Project Head (GPH) and contribute as needed to team deliverables.

  • Lead and partner with key cross functional members of the Global Brand Team (GBT) and all launch resources (GTMC, SILC and others) to ensure all deliverables are on time and high quality.

  • Responsible for the successful development and execution of a global market development strategy, including engagement with key local markets where Sanofi is the launch lead.

  • Occasionally, if required, partner with business development, external innovation and other key partners in assessments and due diligence for external assets in same or similar disease areas.

  • Manage annual budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and monthly tracking

  • Maintain connectivity to innovative external vendors and lead ongoing management of advertising agency partners and other vendors to ensure execution of objectives.

About You

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product/brand management, sales management and/or strategic marketing

  • Experience in U.S. or international marketing (non-U.S.) within a global commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization

  • Strong HCP marketing background with expertise in execution across all channels

  • In-depth understanding of the Rheumatology market preferred

  • Product prelaunch/launch experience in specialty care

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups, including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, Forecasting, Development

  • Comfortable leading in a matrix environment without direct authority

  • Line management/team leadership experience preferred

  • Proven ability to work across different countries and different cultures

  • Experience managing multiple vendor and agency partners and related budgets

The salary range for this position is:

$202,500.00 - $292,500.00
