The US Launch Project Management Office (PMO) team's purpose is to enhance Sanofi launch performance through effective partnering, project management and implementation of industry leading Launch Excellence practices. The Launch PMO supports our robust pipeline of key Sanofi US Specialty Care launches to materialize the miracles of science and improve patient lives. Our Team interacts with US and global stakeholders, senior leadership, brand teams, and workstream subject matter experts to facilitate the development of comprehensive launch plans, improve launch execution, and drive cross-functional performance. The US Launch PMO will help to drive best-in-class launch capabilities increasing efficiency, effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage Pre-Launch and Launch Processes:
Support the Launch PMO team in orchestrating Launch Readiness efforts across the portfolio, from Launch Plan Development to Execution, in partnership with the Brand Lead and cross functional stakeholders
Support the launch PMO team in compiling internal, Brand 1:1, Kickoff, and other Cross-Functional Launch Team Meetings
Support the Launch team in Launch Plan development process and corresponding alignment/refinement workshops
Monitor key milestones throughout the launch cycle and ensure timely execution of activities across cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, etc.)
Guide the preparation of Launch Readiness, Simulation, and Day of Approval activities for anticipated PDUFA
Leverage existing Launch planning resources and contribute to the development and refinement of new resources
Project Planning and Tracking:
Track and maintain comprehensive launch readiness plans that map out all pre-launch and launch activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities
Ensure launch dates and critical timelines are updated regularly in response to market shifts or internal strategy changes, ensuring seamless coordination between teams
Support moderation of critical discussions, including the utilization of online collaboration tools such as MS Teams
Document management: Maintain, organize and update materials and templates in centralized systems
Track project progress using agile methodologies, ensuring key deliverables are met within the established timelines
Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress, interdependencies, and bottlenecks across teams and stakeholders
Facilitate information flow and feedback loops to enable data-driven decision-making
Collaborate and follow guidance provided by US Brand Lead and/or US Launch PMO Lead to ensure maximum effectiveness in support of launch support needs

Foster Collaboration and Alignment:
Promote collaboration and alignment among various Workstreams/functions (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Digital, etc.) and cross-functional teams; facilitate cross-functional communication and understanding
Foster a positive team dynamic
People: (1) Develop an understanding of Brand Team’s goals and timing, constantly pull this through to the launch team and organize clear change management when needed; (2) Ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders regarding project objectives and updating the metrics periodically; (3) Frequent communication with all stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and attendees; (4) Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives.
Performance: (1) Effective and efficient management of assigned projects to complete projects on time and, where applicable, on budget; (2) Effective management of multiple projects in parallel; (3) Clear and concise communications to keep launch team focused and on track.
Stakeholders: Build and maintain robust and proactive partnerships with stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate project delivery and drive operational excellence for best-in-class launches
About You
Experience:
>5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment, managing large-scale product launches.
Experience working with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver complex projects is desirable.
Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional projects, particularly in pre-launch and launch activities.
Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and regions to deliver successful product launches on time and within budget.
Soft Skills:
A skilled project leader with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, with effective inter-personal and presentation skills ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient execution of pre-launch and launch activities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Possesses excellent communication and time management skills, effectively balancing multiple tasks while keeping stakeholders informed of project goals, updates, and risks.
Empathetic active listener who is skilled in conflict resolution, ability to motivate and inspire team members would be a preferred candidate.
Ability to remain agile and pivot on the fly while with level-headedness.
Technical Skills:
Excellent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
Experience with project management tools
Experience with Pharma/Medical launch planning tools a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
