About the Job

The Associate Director, Analytics Dashboard Strategy & Governance, will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and governance of dashboards and performance reporting across Sanofi’s Patient Support Services (PSS) organization.

This is a highly visible and hands-on role requiring strong initiative, communication, and technical fluency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment - proactively managing priorities, aligning cross-functional workforce teams, and driving deliverables independently.

You will be responsible for the delivery and standardization of dashboards that measure PSS performance across centralized teams. The role requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end dashboard lifecycle - from requirements gathering through design, data validation, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Drive alignment across field stakeholders, offshore hub teams, and digital partners to ensure consistent KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards.

  • Proactively manage relationships with technical and offshore hub teams to ensure timely and accurate dashboard delivery.

  • Translate business priorities into clear technical requirements for development teams and track progress through completion.

  • Evaluate existing reports and identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or automate performance reporting.

  • Establish and maintain dashboard governance policies, including version control, access management, and change tracking.

  • Deliver insights to senior leadership through well-structured analytics summaries and recommendations.

  • Keep stakeholders informed with regular progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans - ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Champion best practices in visualization, data storytelling, and information design to improve reporting usability and impact.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles within pharma, healthcare, or patient services preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional reporting initiatives with limited supervision.

  • Prior experience in Patient Support Services, Field Operations, or Patient Hub environments strongly preferred

Technical Expertise

  • Strong proficiency with Power BI (preferred) or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

  • Solid understanding of data governance, KPI standardization, and dashboard development lifecycle.

  • Experience working closely with digital/data engineering teams and managing offshore analytics or reporting resources.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and track execution to completion.

  • Familiarity with data sources supporting patient access programs (e.g., Salesforce health cloud, Veeva, call centers, field data etc.).

Leadership & Core Competencies

  • Proactive leader who takes ownership and drives progress independently.

  • Strong communicator who ensures stakeholders are informed and aligned at every stage.

  • Results-driven operator who can push projects through ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Cross-functional influencer who can motivate technical, offshore, and business teams to deliver collaboratively.

  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail - equally comfortable defining the vision and managing the execution.

Why Choose Us?

  • Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.

  • Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.

  • Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.

  • Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
