About the Job
The role of US Marketing Oncology RLT will be supporting the optimization of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channel opportunities. This role requires a marketer with an understanding of the US oncology market and experience in new product launches. Qualified candidates will be involved in building the brand plan and launch readiness. This role could engage with diverse customer types that include healthcare providers, key account stakeholders, and patients. Candidate should be proficient in data analytics to measure impact of strategies, tactics, and suggest adjustments as needed.
This role would report to the US Head of Marketing and is based in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities:
HCP & Patient Engagement
Build the patient care SOP processes for treatment centers and institutions. Translate processes into activities and training guide for field- based employees.
Develop and implement patient-focused marketing strategies and support services that enhance education, access, and overall experience throughout the treatment journey.
Stakeholder & Field Team Support
Serve as the central marketing liaison for field teams (ABMs, MSLs, KAMs), providing timely insights, resources, and tools to optimize customer engagement.
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of peer-to-peer marketing initiatives by identifying and engaging KOLs, managing compliant speaker programs and educational events (in person and virtual), partnering with field teams, and ensuring agency and budget management.
Agency & Resource Management
Direct external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, compliant materials and programs on time and within scope.
Lead the budget planning, tracking, and optimization across marketing initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with strategic priorities.
Partner with cross functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, market access, and operations to ensure cohesive, customer-centric execution.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:
US Oncology experience – must. Radioligand experience – preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6+ years in pharmaceutical marketing
Previous customer facing roles\field experience - preferred
Demonstrated success in leading product launches and driving brand growth
Experience in developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management.
Strong executional and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to travel up to 33%

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
