About the Job
The Head of Operations – Radioligand Therapy (RLT) will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the General Manager (GM), supporting the successful US launch and global readiness of Sanofi’s first radioligand therapy, Alphamedix. This role will lead the coordination, execution, and tracking of all launch-critical activities across functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, operational excellence, and governance standards.
The role will also support alliance coordination, Sanofi internal governance, and the orchestration of key events. It is a pivotal role in ensuring that the GM and leadership team are equipped with the tools, insights, and operational support needed to deliver a best-in-class launch and establish Sanofi as a leader in the RLT space.

Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the GM’s primary operational partner, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders involved in the RLT launch.
Coordinate the integrated launch plan, timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Supply, Regulatory, and external partners (e.g., Orano Med).
Monitor progress against launch milestones, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies collaborating closely with the global and local teams - and especially with FLEX role to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide launch frameworks, tools, and governance standards.
Coordinate internal alignment and governance processes in line with Sanofi framework, including collaboration with Global Project Teams, and Global Brand Teams members.
Support the GM in managing the operational interface with Orano Med ensuring alignment on joint planning, delivery readiness, and governance processes.
Partner with Finance and Commercial Operations to support the GM in tracking key performance indicators, launch metrics, and financial forecasts.
Coordinate planning and execution of key activities such as presence at congresses, internal events, external stakeholder engagements, ensuring alignment with launch objectives and timelines.
Support internal communications and engagement activities, including Town Halls, team meetings, and launch readiness events.
Support the GM in fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture by contributing to team engagement, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives.
About You
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, program management, or commercial effectiveness roles.
Proven success in supporting or leading product launches especially in oncology or specialty care landscape.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners, including medical and commercial teams, globally and locally.
Strong strategic agility and ability to implement operational frameworks in high-stakes, regulated environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complexity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with project management platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

The salary range for this position is:
$148,125.00 - $213,958.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
