Main Responsibilities

Health System, IDN, Medical Groups, Strategy and Market Development

  • Assist in building long-term, strategic marketing partnerships with health systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and other organized customer groups to elevate respiratory care.

  • Collaborate with health system executives, pharmacy directors, clinical leaders, and population health professional teams to identify institutional challenges and co-create solutions that align with system-wide strategic goals.

  • Design and execute marketing materials that integrate therapies into clinical pathways, leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead development of materials for initiatives to enhance disease-state awareness, drive patient identification, and promote multidisciplinary coordination across care teams.

  • Manage agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.

  • Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization


Strategic Execution & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Develop health system-specific marketing materials that address institutional priorities, policy barriers, and operational needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with medical affairs, sales, health economics & value assessment team (HEVA), patient services, market access, and government affairs to drive aligned respiratory initiatives.
  • Enable hospital system-specific business reviews, product benefit discussions, and key project reviews to advance strategic partnerships.
  • Implement the voice of the field, bringing real-world health systems insights back to corporate teams to inform national strategy and material development.

Business Intelligence

  • Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization

  • Work with health systems Executives, clinical pharmacists, and department head leaders to co-develop innovative care models and patient management approaches for respiratory disease populations.
  • Identify gaps in patient identification, diagnostic pathways, and treatment access within health systems and implement collaborative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to develop and generate appropriate data and competitive containment/positioning strategy and plan
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that support the brands


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, or related) a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with experience in marketing, communications, and health systems.

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational efficiencies.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align strategy across sales, medical, HEVA, and patient access teams.

  • Ability to navigate complex institutional decision-making structures and build consensus across clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, presentations to senior leaders and project management skills with a focus on collaborative partnerships and leading projects.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

The salary range for this position is:

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
