iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Digital Geography Management Delivery Expert VIE within our Digital Data & Technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial portfolio process for NAM. Accurate intake reporting and management of Digital Services on a Regional scale are essential. Ready to get started?
The Digital Technology NAM Regional team oversees the project/program portfolio that provides technical services to the Sanofi end users. Ensuring successful work intake, scoping and execution is mandatory for the continued provision of Digital Tech Global Services & Experiences.

Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Digital and Non-Digital project managers to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Work with regional and global Digital team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Sanofi Digital standards during project implementation.
- Participate in Digital vendor onboarding and closely collaborate with them for project execution. Assist in analyzing project data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in producing project-related documentation such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Effectively communicate with different teams and stakeholders to gather Digital requirements, provide updates, and address obstacles.
- Develop dashboard reports to track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
- Participate in daily and monthly meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance project management and Digital skills.
About you
Experience:
- Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Previous internship or work experience in project management, Digital, or a related field is advantageous.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Ability to influence and lead behavior change.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and work in an international setting.
Education:
- Master’s degree in a related field such as project management, information technology, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
