The student co-op will be part of the Drug Product Process Development team, constructing a generic kinetic model to estimate stability of monoclonal antibody products in development. This will allow teams to create a benchmarking model for evaluating molecules with limited stability data. We are seeking a candidate to collect relevant data and populate the kinetic model within the AKTS software. This position will provide experience in statistical modeling and database creation in the pharmaceutical research and development team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect product stability data from electronic lab notebooks and documents

  • Maintain organized spreadsheets including source documentation of data sources

  • Analyse and present data to promote discussion with team members

  • Populate kinetic model with relevant data in AKTS environment

  • Compare observations and predictions to assess model performance

About You

Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in mathematics, engineering, or other STEM related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027

  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship

  • Completion of a statistics course with basic understanding of linear regression.

  • Experience with organizing data bases in MS Excel.

  • Ability to learn new skills

  • Team and project oriented with strong motivation and work ethic,

  • Good communication skills

  • Flexible mindset to support a fast-paced team environment
