Responsibilities

iCMC Digital Transformation program is a global top program aiming at digitizing all R&D labs within Sanofi, covering 10+ countries and 2500+ users overall. The value it is bringing to our company is huge and goes from data integrity to faster time to clinics and time-to-market. It is based on a data-centered end to end approach, covering data capture from lab equipment and workflows automation, data governance, data integration, and data consumer.

About Growing with us

In this role you will

  • Be playing a key role in the iCMC Digital Transformation Program by building lab equipment connectivity strategy and driving its execution on a timely and a qualitative manner, in order to build a trusting relationship with business stakeholders.

  • Lead a team of internal and external resources assigned to perform lab equipment connectivity activities

  • Is accountable for data flow integrity and documentation in non-GMP and GMP context.

  • Work closely with iCMC Data Integration & Governance Technical Lead and Digital Architecture to help decision making regarding middleware strategy and is accountable for its execution.

  • Identify levers for acceleration and scalability of equipment factory operating model and opportunities for automation in order to reach iCMC bold objectives.

  • Is the key point of contact of all topics related to iCMC Digitization on US sites.

  • Communicate as needed with management and outside stakeholders

  • Leverage the Sanofi Agile tools: Jira & Confluence

About qualifications, education and work experience

  • B.S or M.S. in Software Engineering or related field.

  • 10+ years experience as lab engineer in global environment

  • Familiar with GxP data integrity requirements

  • Experience in managing technical teams in global and complex environments.

  • Good knowledge of Lean & Agile practices

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with delivery-oriented mindset and ability to convince and engage key stakeholders.

  • Attitude towards continuous growth and improvement

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  • Fluent English
