ABOUT DUPIXENT PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICES (PSS)
The Dupixent PSS team is focused on supporting patients wishing to access Dupixent. This is achieved by offering programs that provide reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. In addition to the Dupixent program offerings, the Dupixent PSS organization also includes several field teams that provide education and support to patients and customers.
The Associate Director of Digital is a member of the US Patient Support Services (PSS) team and will be dedicated to supporting the Dupixent Franchise. Dupixent is a highly visible brand with current indications in atopic dermatitis, respiratory and gastroenterology conditions.
This role is responsible for digital product delivery of strategic digital priorities – from strategy to launch to ongoing management. Working closely with the Dupixent PSS Leadership Team, this person is responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritizing digital initiatives, guiding digital development, and managing execution. The role requires close partnership with the Portfolio Brand Marketing, Global Digital, and Digital Innovation Teams, as well as other cross-functional teams and external partners.
The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, adept at managing multiple matrix teams, and able to manage multiple projects.
This is a highly visible position interacting with many internal functional groups within Sanofi.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations for Dupixent PSS. The role is based in Cambridge, MA. Sanofi offers a hybrid, flexible working environment, and team members are expected to work in the Cambridge home office between 2-3 days per week. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to Cambridge. This role does not offer relocation.
Recommend and drive prioritization of Dupixent PSS digital strategy.
Own the deployment of digital products from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with Dupixent PSS and Brand objectives.
Lead and manage current digital products such as electronic prescribing, patient app, digital AI efforts and HCP portal.
Assess vendors and digital offerings to determine which can best deliver on digital needs.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze performance, trouble-shoot and resolve issues.
Define, create, and communicate digital product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, customer data, user research and competitive analysis.
Prioritizes the digital product roadmap to ensure the right digital project receives the focus and is within budget.
Manage digital concepts, projects, and materials through legal/compliance/regulatory reviews.
Represent the Dupixent PSS perspective in Digital discussions, translating the PSS perspective, goals, and objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on participation in the design, build, and implementation of all Dupixent related digital initiatives.
Work with cross-functional partners to identify, measure and report the impact a digital solution will have on the brand. Develop metrics and work with cross-functional/external partners to deliver digital performance reports and dashboards.
Budget management of digital projects
PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience building digital solutions.
Must have 6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare/consulting industry experience.
Experience and knowledge of the specialty pharmacy/HUB services environment. Patient Support Services experience is a plus.
Highly self-directed; Must be able to work issues and manage projects with minimal direction.
Demonstrated excellence in project management and ability to delivery on project objectives in a timely manner.
Must have experience managing concepts and materials through legal, compliance and regulatory review processes.
Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively with senior leadership team and cross functional team members, lead and influence teams without direct authority.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests.
