Business Development Representative
Rendever
We are looking for a motivated, passionate Business Development Representative to join our sales team.
This role will drive site-level engagement and expansion of awareness within the enterprise Decision-Making Unit across assigned operators. By booking meetings with non-champion stakeholders at existing locations (e.g. Executive Directors, Sales & Marketing Managers) and prospective stakeholders at new locations within the assigned operators, this role ensures the pod has a consistent stream of opportunities for both multi-site expansions and in-location upsells (GM), fueling pipeline growth and accelerating deal velocity.
This role will collaborate directly with a Growth Manager and a Customer Success Manager who work together to drive success of Rendever deployment across sites in the senior living, hospice, and healthcare industries.
This is a great chance to learn about the industry, the technology, and the company's approach to sales. Opportunity to grow into a Growth Manager, Account Executive, or transition into advanced deployment team following a period of consistent successful and growing metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Site-Level Outreach: Run campaigns, sequences, and call efforts targeting new stakeholders at existing locations (e.g., marketing, programming leads).
- Meeting Generation: Book site-level meetings each week to activate additional DMUs and warm leads for GM follow-up.
- Warm Intro Execution: Act on introductions generated during AE corporate meetings to deepen site-level relationships.
- Campaign Programs: Manage standardized outreach programs (events, webinars, product releases) for assigned operators.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track meeting volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage; share results in weekly Pod Pipeline Council.

How it works:
- The Growth Manager drives the pathway towards the quarterly expansion quota. The CSM and BDR bring their own KPIs to hit those numbers (renewals, meetings, SQOs).
- Weekly Pod Pipeline Council meetings ensure all three roles see the full funnel—from meetings to expansions to adoption—and fix bottlenecks fast.Outreach Ownership:
- Company Leadership: Sets quarterly operator tiers & strategic priorities.
- Pod Lead: Allocates weekly focus within assigned operators and ensures alignment with AE corporate meetings.
- BDR: Executes sequences, tracks meetings, and escalates high-priority leads to AE.
- CSM: Hands-off expansion opportunities to Growth Manager (referrals, new sites), brings up add-on products consistently with partners.
