You will evaluate program performance, utilization, and financial impact to optimize plan design, manage costs, and inform long-term strategy, in addition to leading vendor strategy and management, including brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators (selection, negotiations, performance management, and governance).
Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Philips’ global rewards strategy and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Health & Wellbeing offerings, leveraging employee feedback, market trends, and best practices. Lead and deliver regional rewards initiatives and projects, while contributing to global programs and transformations. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure effective execution and alignment.

You work independently, manage time and priorities effectively in fast‑paced environments, exercise sound judgment and professionalism, handle confidential information with discretion, and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
