As the strategic People Business Partner leader of Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Business Unit, you will determine and deliver on the people strategy in support of the IGT Devices Business strategy.
You will proactively transform the organization according to IGTD’s needs, focusing on building organizational capability, leadership strength and unlocking the culture and employee experience to attract, retain and develop talent. Collaborates with top-tier leadership to develop and execute People Strategies that align with and drive the company’s long-term business objectives, focusing on advancing organizational growth, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Develops and sustains strong, strategic relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, positioning as a trusted People advisor by providing deep, market-informed insights and services that add significant value to the business.
Serves as a strategic consultant to senior business leaders, providing high-level strategic advice and customized solutions that significantly influence business decision-making, utilizing deep insights to shape and direct business strategies.
Partners closely with People Services to address the specific needs of the business unit, ensuring the efficient and effective application of the People Function Operating Model.
Your role:
Develop and implement the People Strategy in support of the IGT Devices Business strategic plan
Spearheading the integration of People strategies into change initiatives, driving organizational evolution and transformation.
Partner, consult and influence leaders to ensure People interventions enable delivery of business unit strategy
Coordinate capability development, talent to value and strategic workforce planning.
Drive organizational design and enable an effective operating model in support of Operating model, Business and Business Unit needs.
Determine and execute performance management and retention strategies and interventions. Nurture an environment in which growth, learning and development are key Business Unit priorities to enable talent to thrive.
Leading culture and change management efforts to align with the new operating model and company culture.
Orchestrating comprehensive capability development and agile workforce planning and optimization of initiatives to ensure efficient and effective use of talent in the region and beyond.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 11 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 9 years of experience with Master's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, Organizational Transformation or equivalent.
You're the right fit if:
11+ years of HR experience in an globally matrixed business environment with both regional and global reporting structures. Previous strategic experience in supporting a business is a strong plus.
Proven ability to translate the value proposition of key people processes into impactful organizational interventions that support business strategy and drive results.
Demonstrated track record of developing pragmatic, value-added solutions aligned with overall company strategy.
Extensive experience in supporting significant business transformations and change initiatives.
Experience in developing and activating strategic people agenda for a global organization in a highly regulated industry, preferably MedTech
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to foster a positive workplace culture, with strong skills in conflict resolution and employee engagement
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Philips' organization or the healthcare

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $206,000 to $328,000
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $220,000 to $350,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA, Plymouth, MN or Nashville, TN.
