Job Title

Data Analytics & Solutions Lead

Job Description

As part of the Data Strategy & Analytics team, you will enable data-driven commercial strategy by delivering advanced analytics and actionable insights that accelerate growth, strengthen portfolio penetration, enhance competitive positioning, and optimize go-to-market execution across North America.

You will partner closely with domain leaders and stakeholders to evaluate analytics needs, identify capability gaps, and architect integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. Acting as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, this role leads solution intake, shapes product roadmaps, oversees end-to-end delivery, supports user enablement, ensures successful launches, and drives sustained adoption and engagement.

Your role:

  • Analyze commercial, marketing, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, delivering actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations that accelerate growth initiatives and improve business performance. Design intuitive, high‑impact dashboards and reporting solutions aligned to evolving business priorities, incorporating AI‑enabled capabilities to drive smarter, faster decision‑making.

  • Own integrated analytics and reporting solutions end‑to‑end, from intake and requirements definition through development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch optimization. Define and manage solution roadmaps, MVPs, phased releases, timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities to ensure successful execution.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver integrated analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). Review solution architecture, data models, development progress, and coordinate data integrations, reporting workflows, and cross‑platform dependencies.

  • Develop and oversee testing strategies, including test plans, test cases, regression testing, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholder sign‑off. Lead solution demonstrations, executive updates, go‑live planning, smooth product launches, and drive continuous improvement through post‑launch feedback.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in a business environment, owning analytics products or projects from concept through launch. You’ve worked as an individual contributor partnering closely with business and technical teams across the full delivery lifecycle.

  • Your skills include hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, reporting), strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional deliverables.

  • You have experience working within Agile and/or SDLC‑based delivery frameworks and leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, ROX) to enhance productivity and solution development.

  • You have working knowledge of SQL; Python experience is preferred. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar platforms) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) are also preferred.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field with practical experience delivering analytics, reporting, or data‑driven solutions.

  • You’re an effective communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills in cross‑functional and matrixed environments. You’re comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
