Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist (Cambridge, MA)
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will coordinate sales orders across multiple channels to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Your role:
Coordinate the end-to-end administrative flow of sales orders - from intake through fulfillment and recognition, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
Monitor sales orders and returns across multiple channels, proactively identifying exceptions and resolving issues to maintain efficient order fulfillment.
Partner with internal stakeholders across logistics, planning, production, and transportation teams to resolve order discrepancies and prevent escalations.
Facilitate weekly order book review meetings between factory and market teams to align priorities, optimize order allocation, and maintain clear communication.
Support complex and special orders by pre-screening requirements, coordinating with manufacturing planners, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain operations, or business administration in an individual contributor role, or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field with relevant internship or project experience.
Your skills include order management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain coordination, troubleshooting operational issues, and data analysis. Bonus skills: experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
You can communicate shipment status clearly to US and International sales reps and project managers in writing.
You possess expertise in preparing International Commercial Invoices and utilizing SAP/MBP systems for processing orders.
You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred.
You’re a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver a positive customer experience.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (MA) is $28.00hr to 43.94hr
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
