The Analytics Solutions Lead owns end-to-end solution design and delivery by aligning business needs with technical execution. This role is responsible for analytics and reporting products from intake through launch, defining capability roadmaps and MVPs, integrating data processes, and acting as the primary technical liaison across domain functions. The Analytics Solutions Lead partners closely with business, data, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Your Role:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of analytics and reporting solutions, overseeing intake, requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support; ensure solutions are scalable, well‑governed, and aligned with broader business and technology strategies.
Translate business needs into actionable technical direction, partnering closely with stakeholders to document clear requirements, define MVPs and multi‑phase roadmaps, manage priorities and dependencies, and proactively identify risks to maintain delivery momentum.
Collaborate with development teams to architect and build Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, reviewing design decisions, validating data models and integrations, and ensuring consistency with enterprise standards, reporting frameworks, and cross‑platform workflows.
Drive comprehensive testing and quality assurance efforts, including creation and validation of test plans, coordination of regression testing, leadership of UAT cycles, and rapid resolution of defects to ensure each release meets functional, technical, and user experience expectations.
Engage and support stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, delivering demos and status updates, facilitating smooth go‑live activities, gathering and prioritizing enhancement requests, and serving as a trusted liaison across domain teams to maintain alignment and continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 4 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 2 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, and data models. Experience working with analytics solutions and data-driven applications. Familiarity with delivery and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred.
Certified LEAN Basic, Data Analytics, Project Management preferred.
Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, contract compliance management, continuous improvement, data analytics, process improvement, commission and sales analytics, and/or strategy implementation all strongly preferred.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position in Nashville is $88,000 to $140,000.
The annual pay range for this position in Cambridge is $98,000 to $157,000.
This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
