  • Your skills include production scheduling, workforce planning, workflow optimization, performance management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean principles), quality integration into manufacturing processes, and safety and regulatory compliance. Experience managing capacity planning, equipment layout optimization, or outsourced production is considered a plus.
  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education; a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re a hands-on, accountable leader with strong communication and coaching skills, capable of motivating teams, addressing performance gaps, and adapting to changing production priorities while maintaining a safe and high-performing work environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.
