Services Catalog Manager
As the Services Catalog Manager you will ensure Philips service offerings come to life for Customers in the North American healthcare market. You will apply your organizational and detail focus to support multiple quoting tools and data domains, supporting a consistent and scalable end to end catalog lifecycle. You will own the quality and completeness of data that includes price pages, sales text, quote tool content and will ensure the continuity of the service and solutions catalog content across North America tools and platforms. The role offers high visibility and requires comfort working with complex datasets, evolving tooling environments, and diverse stakeholder groups. This hybrid position is based in Cambridge, MA, Bothell, WA or Nashville, TN.
Your role:
- Manage the North America Services Catalog to ensure accurate service offers, pricing, and sales text.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Services Marketing Managers, Pricing and Commercial Policy Officer, Philips Capability Center / Enterprise CoE team, Sales, Service Delivery, and Information Technology resources to drive catalog accuracy, quote accuracy, and service delivery tool accuracy.
- Act as part of a marketing network to ensure new products and new services offers are activated and quotable on time to North America region plans.
- Drive quarterly catalog updates to correct any errors, omissions.
- Validate quote tools accurately reflect service catalog content including sales text and drive corrective actions as necessary.

- Centralize promotion development in the catalog and quote tooling as applicable; ensure promotions are accurately represented in booking tooling. Track promotion utilization and KPIs in monthly reporting.
You’re the right fit if:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data quality, data governance, or catalog/content management roles requiring precise review, correction, and maintenance of structured datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the confidence to design creative, scalable solutions using advanced analytics.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and workflows; prior exposure to CPQ or CLM environments is helpful but not essential.
- Experience applying Lean, Daily Management, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong results orientation. A detail-oriented approach with strong ownership, follow-through, and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts and is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00.
The pay range for this position in Bothell, Washington is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00.
The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee is $92,250.00 to $152,400.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
