Job Title

Senior Enterprise Pricing & Programs Manager

Job Description

Strengthen Philips’ enterprise commercial performance by leading the execution, analysis, and communication of our contracting and pricing programs. You will bring financial rigor, customer-facing partnership, and strategic insight to help ensure pricing excellence and enable growth across our most important accounts.

Your role:

  • Leading the end-to-end management of enterprise pricing programs, including modeling, calculations, program performance analysis, and internal/external reporting.

  • Translating complex pricing and contractual insights into clear, concise narratives that enable confident decision-making by commercial leaders, business units, and Philips executives.

  • Partnering closely with Enterprise Account Leaders and commercial pods to educate them on contract positions, program eligibility, pricing performance, and financial implications. Collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Contracting, Business Units, Commercial Excellence) to ensure pricing program readiness for new partnerships, renewals, and enterprise commercial initiatives.

  • Conducting deep contracting and pricing analysis to identify opportunities to improve margin, mitigate leakage, and support strategic pricing decisions. Constructing and articulating the enterprise-wide financial view for pricing programs and business opportunities, enabling consistent, fact-based recommendations.

  • Continuously enhancing tools, governance processes, and reporting methods to improve transparency, predictability, and commercial impact across the enterprise. Ensuring agreements and pricing execution remain audit-ready and compliant, aligned with Philips policies and external regulatory expectations.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, contracting, analytics, or a related discipline; experience in healthcare or medical technology, strongly preferred.

  • Your skills include strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret order, sales, and pricing data and convert insights into actionable recommendations. You also have advanced analytical skills and proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and enterprise data tools.

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complexity, presenting with clarity, and engaging credibly with leaders. You’re also keen to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic commercial environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
