As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible to launch new products, services and solutions in the North America Region bringing innovation and productivity enhancements to our customers. Lead multiple projects, work across Philips businesses and partner with Region Functional Leads to ensure overall North America Region readiness. Manage key Marketing projects and Region initiatives as needed. Drive Marketing excellence and performance.
This role is part of the North America Marketing Operations & Planning team within NA Region Strategy & Growth, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Operations. This hybrid position is based onsite in Cambridge, MA 3 days a week.
Your role:
Launch Excellence
- Drive the launch of select new products, services and solutions ensuring Region Readiness across multiple disciplines within Health Systems.
- Support the solution feasibility and intake process as needed.
- Lead cross functional teams for prioritized Launch projects driving Region requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
- Champion the customer experience and be the voice of the Region. Partner with NA Region Quality, Commercial Operations, and Service & Solution delivery teams.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Responsible for marketing planning, project management, and program execution efforts in the Region.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations on the annual marketing planning process. Deliver an aligned Region strategy and activation plan.
- Create and maintain the local marketing calendar based on the Health Systems Marketing Plan.
Marketing Excellence and Performance
- Responsible for driving marketing excellence in the Region.
- Champion simplification and continuous improvement with the deployment of guided flexible processes and marketing tools as applicable.
You’re the right fit if:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing program execution and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred.
- Experience in launching products, solutions and SaaS offerings within healthcare or medical technology.
- Proven track record leading virtual cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled at influencing colleagues at varying levels of authority across a matrixed organization
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, aptitude for detail and an appreciation for process.
- Persistent information seeker with high degree of initiative and problem solving.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, Massachusetts is $135,240.00 to $216,384.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
