We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Clinical Informatics team and who can serve as the process expert and liaison to the configure-price-quote (CPQ) system owners, ensuring our commercial offers are accurately modeled, priced, and delivered. This involves connecting product managers with back-office product structuring experts (PLM /eDMR/ERP) and front-office quoting tools specialists (Apttus/Conga or Sofon). This role is a key driver for managing commercial targets by enabling IT capabilities and driving market enablement of commercial items.
Your role:
Partner with Product Managers and system experts to translate commercial offers into structured, compliant product models across PLM /eDMR/ERP and ensure CPQ systems (Apttus/Conga or Sofon) are properly configured and tested for release, marketing, and sale of offers.
Ensure master data, pricing, and product rules and Sales-facing text content is properly generated by task owners for back-office systems and front-office quoting tools. Maintain the commercial catalog pipeline and communicate early with downstream teams to ensure system expert support is in-plan.
Define and track KPIs, share metrics through executive dashboards, and assign clear ownership for deliverables with well-defined scope, content, and timelines.
Monitor progress and manage risks by analyzing deviations, leading corrective actions, escalating delays, proposing mitigation plans, and negotiating trade-offs while facilitating alignment across cross-functional and regional leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by managing issue logs, dependencies, and assumptions, capturing lessons learned, and evolving the launch execution process for future initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years of hands-on expertise in end-to-end Q2C processes, including quoting, pricing, subscription management, billing, and invoicing (Apttus/Conga or Sofon preferred). Experience in regulated industries (especially medical devices) is also preferred.
Your skills include a strong understanding of PLM/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and product lifecycle data and you have knowledge of eDMR/eDHR and compliance processes.
You have experience defining and tracking metrics / KPIs, building dashboards and reports.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
You have excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
You must be able to understand high complexity organizations and thrive in a high-demand and fast-paced environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $99,960 to $159,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
