Solutions Analyst - Healthcare Operations

Job Description

The Service Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading advanced analysis of customer performance data and industry benchmarks, providing strategic insights to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery. The role designs and manages complex KPI dashboards, applying specialized knowledge to complex issues, and works under limited supervision.

Your role

  • Develop and implement standardized reporting processes, conduct advanced data analysis, and stay updated on industry trends ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives across all reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Monitor Hospital Patient Monitoring Biomed education training activities Participates in the development and implementation of standardized reporting processes,
  • Maintain Salesforce database, training vouchers distribution, defer undelivered training revenue and release completed training revenue.
  • Verify and submit monthly contracts booking data for Teams Service Sales –Monthly deadlines for sales commissions payout
  • Engages in cross-functional projects, using data to drive improvements in customer workflows, optimize service delivery, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service solutions offered by the organization.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in areas such as Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, Healthcare or Medical Device Industry or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
  • Financial planning and accounting experience a plus. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Experience with corporate accounting principles in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act as liaison between several functional groups.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MA is $99,000 to $157,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
