Lead the implementation of the business strategy for the Ultrasound Business Unit across the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) market, ensuring alignment with strategic market priorities and driving profitable, sustainable growth. The role entails end-to-end business performance ownership — from portfolio strategy to go-to-market execution — in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the regional leadership group.
Your role:
Lead the overall business performance of the Ultrasound portfolio in META.
Define and execute product portfolio strategy — including new product introductions, updates, and phase-outs — ensuring optimal market availability and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Pricing, and Promotion).
Drive the development of new channels (including digital) and optimize existing ones to support sales and customer reach.
Execute marketing plans aligned with global and regional strategies, ensuring flawless new product launches and strong market adoption.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to shape portfolio positioning and value propositions.
Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists, Clinical Application Specialists, and District Sales Teams to ensure seamless execution across markets.
Optimize global assets for local marketing operations and ensure alignment with customer journeys.
Monitor business performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Healthcare Sales & Marketing.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage in a matrix organization.
Experience in product portfolio management and go-to-market strategy execution.
Excellent collaboration, leadership, and networking skills across diverse teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with high learning agility.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Willingness and ability to travel.
Preferred: LEAN Six Sigma (Basic) or equivalent certification.
