Service Business Leader - Ultrasound Europe
This role is responsible for aligning service portfolio strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that services support business growth and customer needs. The role develops and implements service delivery readiness plans, oversees financial and operational performance, and fosters continuous service improvement. The role ensures regulatory compliance, drives market capabilities, and maintains a strategic services plan to position the business for long-term success.
This role is an office based role and can be based from any Philips location in Europe.
Your role:
- Driving the sales and business performance of the 8 European zones.
- Realizing ambitious growth targets by activating our current Ultrasound service portfolio.
- Management of OIT and sales funnel, execution, and accountability for cross zones forecasting
- Closely collaborating with the service business and sales teams in the zones to drive the business.
- Collaborating with the respective Ultrasound BM&S Leader to embed services growth objectives in the Ultrasound strategic plans.
- Designing & driving growth initiatives for the Ultrasound business that can be easily replicated amongst zones.
- Supporting the creation of the Services business strategy and operational execution for the Ultrasound business (i.e. pricing, support BM&S Leader in creation of value propositions, developing innovative Service value propositions for the Ultrasound business, etc.).
- Presenting solution and roadmap against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors.
- Driving competitive analysis, enhance portfolio and strategies against established players and new threats based on deep understanding of industry landscape incl. customer needs, trends and competition.
- Defining the right organizational set up to boost services for the respective businesses.
- Develop plans to develop the right services sales capabilities together with the zone services leaders and execute on them.
- Follow daily management delivery on business services targets, including leading prides/kaizen, leading and follow up on problem solving to overcome setbacks in performance.
