Your role:
- Attainment of assigned AOP targets and Revenue Targets. Provide timely and accurate reports when requested and manage funnel data and guide forecasting in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate customer interactions and sales strategies within assigned Government Facilities ensuring execution. Development of customer relationships in assigned accounts.
- Educate sales teams on trends and policies within the Gov. Facilities and contract compliance.
- Promote and represent all Philips Healthcare solutions within assigned accounts. “One Philips” approach. Requires up to 60% time spent in field covering states of Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.

You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum 5 years’ professional sales experience.
- Proven ability to make strategic and tactical business judgments with deep understanding of strategic sales techniques and solid presentation skills.
- Strong Clinical/Technical Product knowledge and business leadership skills with proven ability to find creative solutions to customer and sales issues.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required. Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented individual.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role covering the states of Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $240,000 to $275,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
