Join our team that owns a complex real-time patient monitoring software solution in a regulated environment deployed to over a thousand hospitals across the world and actively monitoring over a million patients at this moment.
Your role:
Integrate and implement security into our enterprise patient monitoring software system.
Develop security software, including tools for monitoring, traffic analysis, intrusion detection, virus/spyware/malware detection, anti-virus software.
Design and implement PKI infrastructure to support secure communication with supported medical devices, including certificate distribution, revocation, and renewal.
Design and implement security measures for cloud and hospital on-premise environments.
Work with security analysts to assess vulnerabilities, and implement mitigations within an agile scrum team.
Design and implement quality gates to effectuate DevSecOps in a "shift-left", continuous improvement, hyper-automated environment.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years related work experience.
Your skills include proficiency in C#, Angular, Postgres, SQL Server, REST, gRPC, Python, Kubernetes.
You are also proficient in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Workflows and Azure DevOps, and security-related tooling and static code analysis such as Fortify and Trufflehog.
You have detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion to learn and deliver.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $126,000 to $201,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
