Business Process Expert Leader (Office: Nashville, TN or Bothell, WA)
Lead the revenue to recognition process domain by developing, implementing, and driving continuous improvements of standardized business capabilities, ensuring adoption of proven practices, while actively sharing success within your community. Keep up to date with industry standards and benchmarks to implement process standard methodologies, deliver a harmonized global process design, and achieve impactful results on process improvement across workstreams.
Your role:
Collaborate with market leaders, global partners, and transformation teams to evaluate and assess business integration processes, including legacy and new acquisitions, using standard Philips processes and technologies.
Strategize and provide technology integration recommendations in partnership with Global Business Process Experts, Philips IT architecture, and the transformation office, while analyzing processes to identify gaps and propose best practices.
Design processes aligned with IT applications, incorporating performance metrics, KPIs, compliance requirements, and controls, while deploying and supporting implementation programs to ensure processes are executed as designed.
Collaborate with IT and EIM to ensure IT applications and data models support business process requirements, and act as a change agent to clarify impacts and develop deployment materials for new ways of working.
Build and maintain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) communities to ensure competencies and capabilities are in place for executing standard solutions, track process performance impact, and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in an information management technical/ business related field required. MBA/ MA or equivalent work experience preferred
Certification: LEAN, GB certification or other equivalent Six Sigma training & certification
15+ years of proven success in business/operations, process improvement and technology enablement.
Demonstrated success in leading healthcare operations, sales, and service, harmonizing processes to standard methodologies, and developing technology strategies and solutions to create a unified way of working across Philips technologies.
Skilled in organizational agility within complex environments, fostering partnerships, utilizing lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and inspiring teams through change to execute integration strategies for Diagnostic Imaging as a consultative influencer.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in TN is $151,500.00 to $242,400.00.
The pay range for this position in WA is $169,680.00 to $271,488.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
