As a Modality Sales Specialist, you will be the expert on CT solutions, collaborating with the Sales Team to drive business growth by assessing customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, delivering impactful demonstrations, and shaping competitive strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and market adoption.
Your role:
Provides knowledge and expertise on our CT solutions, supporting the Sales function in driving overall business results, actively addressing sales opportunities.
Plays in the business as part of a sales team, highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, supporting and advising marketing force during tenders and system promotions
Works together with Sales Team to assess customer needs, consulting and recommending the most effective and suitable solution in order to achieve the best level of customer satisfaction contributing to address their needs .
Provides customer presentations and demonstration focused on the clinical and technical components of our value proposition.
Understands and addresses competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective solution and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.
Provides feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit
Supports new products launches
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Health Tech industry.
You have acquired 3-5 years’ experience in Healthcare, with CT exposure and/or capital imaging experience.
Your skills include deep product knowledge and expertise within CT capacity, ability to quickly establish credibility with clinical decision makers, assess potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions
You have a good understanding of marketing plans in healthcare.
You have proven skills of problem-solving, workload management, and the ability to create solid and trusting relationship with stakeholders
You have good oral and written communication skills in English in additional to Italian as local language.
You are flexible to travel across Italy (40-50% of the time) and occasionally, if necessary, to the rest of the zone (Greece, Israel, Malta and Cyprus).
Location: This role could be based in Milan, Rome or Naples

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role, and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.
