Sales Support, Contract Program Strategist Lead
The Contract Program Strategist Lead is a role that is vital in supporting the sales organization in contract creation. The primary goal is to ensure all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, by strictly adhering to predefined internal service level agreements and authority matrices.
Your role:
- The Contract Program Strategist Lead is a leader role for a self-motivated individual who works great under pressure, is great at prioritizing multiple tasks and sees the big picture impact of little decisions. This individual will work cross functionally between the sales group and various internal departments.
- Function as the point of contact and subject matter expert to our Sales organization on all matters related to pricing / deal economics and structure.
- Serve as a business advisor on all facets of contracting strategy activities and handle complex/strategic high value matters that have been escalated.
- Ability to influence sales teams and build strong business partnering relationships across multiple functions, ensuring adherence to our pricing, quote to contracting processes and policies for our Sales organization.
- Accurately transfer data from paper formats, text, emails or via verbal discussions into Salesforce.com and Apttus software platforms.
You're the right fit if:
- 5 years experience in sales operations or related experience including contracts management, project management, customer support, financial analysis. Preferably in the med tech/healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, and Workflow Approval process. (Preferred technology- Salesforce- Conga. Excel. Word- MS Office.)
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Excellent organization and time management skills required with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. AND Proven ability to work independently, self-directed with strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a highly matrixed organization.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in CO and TN is $85,000 to $136,800.
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $89,775 to $143,640.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Must be able to go into the office in Colorado Springs CO, Plymouth MN, or Nashville TN locations.
